My carpet hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in ten years. That's a lot of foot traffic. After Darrin finished, the carpet looked as good as it did when I first moved in. Very professional and at the same time personal.

This saves me from having to replace my carpets right now!!! Darrin got stains out that I thought were a lost cause. It's was amazing to watch my berber carpets become white again right in front of my eyes. Darrin was friendly and professional and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Derrick was on time and extremely friendly. He managed to clean the carpets in my rental unit better than any other cleaning service I've ever used. Stains that nobody else was able to remove, Derrick managed to remove them. The carpets look brand new! I highly recommend Crystal Carpet & Upholstery Care!
