Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Serviceman arrived right on time and got to work assessing my situation. I didn't like the fact that he was hooking up the freon lines before he told me what he was planning on doing. The serviceman seemed more into talking on his cellphone than addressing my problem. However he seemed knowledgeable about the a/c unit and told me that with near certainty that I have a hole somewhere in my coil and my best option would be to replace the unit, not exactly what I was wanting to hear, especially with me being out of work and summer right around the corner. Overall my experience lasted no more than 40 mins. and was about what I expected.
