Has good work habits, freindly personality. Stairs had a few boards that did not respond to the stain, but contractor had no control over this. Overall he quality of work was very stisfacory.

MIKE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THE STAIRS AND RAILINGS CAME OUT PERFECT! LOOK AMAZING! MY WIFE ALMOST CRIED WHEN SHE SAW THEM, VERY VERY HAPPY. Mike is a total professional, prompt, thorough, efficient, neat. We are very satisfied with our new stairway, which Mike converted from carpet to hardwood. He came prepared, worked dilligently and completed the entire project within the timeframe promised. Mike came to my house Wednesday after hours because he was close by, he looked at my staircase worked on fixing until completly done. He is a hard worker, and cares about getting it done right it first time!!! I am so glad I called Custome Cut Carpentry!

Mike Ryan does excellent work, and he truly cares. It is obvious that his primary goal is creating a product that the customer loves. His pricing is very reasonable, and his honesty is obvious. I would highly recommend Mr. Ryan to anyone desiring a beautiful staircase. In fact, a friend came into my home soon after completion of the job, asked for his number and called him right away!
