Tom was great to work with!! He responded to our call within an hour (on a Saturday), and was at our house by 10 am on Monday, earlier than promised. He was very friendly & helpful, and made sure we knew to call him if our problem (bumble bees) persisted. I felt that we got good value for our money. I would use Custom Pest Solutions again & will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!!

Called me immediatly. Had a serviceman over in an hour. I had an odor in my kitchen wall which turned out to be 2 dead mice. Stephen was my technician. He was very pleasant and courteous. Even took into condideration where to make the hole to look for the problem. Informed me before cutting the wall too which I really appriciated. Stephen spackled the wall back up and you would hardly know he was in there it was so good. I would definetly recommend this company and Stephen to anyone who has any kind of pest problem. 5 stars for sure!
