Project: Repair Exterior Trim

I hired them for a small exterior trim repair. It took a while to schedule the appointment and I was told that recent storms were keeping them busy. Since my job was small, I didn't mind waiting a little. Once they came out the repair was quick and it looks great. The repair was reasonably bid as well. I'm sure I will do business with them again.

It was an all around good experience. They were in time. The inspection was done timely & the diagnoses explained. I would strongly recommend this company! They seem to be good honest hard working people!

work was done by a man who seemed to know his business and was assisted by his brother. i found out what day and what time the work was to be done after i called the number given and the return call came in on a personal cell phone. the project took a little more than an hour and based on that the estimate was a bit high. only labor was involved as only a few feet of new j-bar was needed for new material. ratings are based on a perceived bases and could be a bit lower as only time will tell.

Mine was a very small job but I did not hear from contractor for over a month..and did not return my phone calls....finally came one day unannounced right before we were leaving for the airport. Need to communicate with customers.

It took about 2 months to do a job that should have taken about, at the most 2 weeks. They had a problem with the salesman and fired him for what they said, he took a check from me and did not turn it in. Then they took a check from me from my insurance company which I had not signed and someone at their office signed my name to it and they then deposited it into their bank account. I would not recommend this group to anyone!!!!

Response by Custom Roofing & Exteriors, LLC: The job did take longer than it should have but this was an insurance claim and we did more work than what was on the insurance scopes why it took longer. The salesman was fired for not doing business the correct way. When company received the check it was signed the check was received from the salesman that was fired before he was fired. I am sorry that Mr. H feels that way but he did get a quality job and got more than the scope called for
