We provide free carpet cleaning service to a nonprofit organization in the east bay communtiy of Maxwell Park.

How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because Provided a measure of flexibility in managing my life and priorities.

I love working in Oakland, east of MacAuthur Blvd. because a beautiful array of plants & well cared for yards/gardens provide a pleasant respite..

We started in this industry in 1978.

Provider was courteous, respectful, and hard working. Sofas came out really nice and we were pleased. He also took the time to follow up the next day to see how the sofas turned out. I don't think I have every used a service that concerned about customer satisfaction!

The results of the cleaning job were almost miraculous. Carpet with spots other cleaner couldn't remove are gone. Looks almost like new. My only complaint was that it cost more than I expected. I had assumed that since the carpeted area was smaller than would have resulted in his minimum charge, the area rug of the same material would have been included in the minimum charge. Instead he wanted an additional $37.42. He lowered his price when I expressed my surprise, stating that he wanted to keep the customer happy. And I must say I think the results were worth the pride.

Vernon was a very nice person to deal with. Professional, and outgoing. A Very positive attitude he had too. He cleaned our couches, and got every spot out. Couches look awesome. great job

Customer First did an excellent job. Vernon was respectful and professional. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. My old chair took alot longer to clean than he expected and didn't even charge extra for the time. My old chair looks brand new! He also put up with my 3 cats under his feet. Very satisfied!
