I was very pleased with Frank..He was quick to respond to my request for an estimate.. He was thorough and was able to present valuable comments on my work request. The estimate was very reasonable and competative. He also came with me to assist with picking out the tiles for my job. Frank was able to do the install with 2 weeks of my hiring him for the job and he was prompt and efficient in his approach. He installed a backsplash in my kitchen and master bath as well a porcelain tile floor in my kitchen...The work is impeccable and has transformed by home...Thank you Frank for your talent and skills..Carmela M

I am incredibly thankful that we found this gem of a worker. He displays that rare combo of true skill and love for the craft. Upon our first meeting we realized this man truly loves what he does for a living. Any doubts were immediately erased by his true sincerity, knowledge and tremendous skills on the job. Frank was very helpful with every step and handled any complications with ease. The floors were handled beautifully as well as our new toilet. Executed so well in fact, that the people now living at our property are in awe of his work. They simply do not make people like Frank anymore. Thank you! We plan to rehire him soon.

As soon as I met Frank I liked him. He is trustworthy,honest,and reliable,and that's all you really want from a contractor. But he goes above and beyond for you to make sure you like the job and that it's done rite the first time. I would highly recommend him. And the price is great too he does not try to get every cent out of you like some guy's out there, he is very reasonable and does a great job.

Didn't paint a vent he was supposed to do and the price changed from the beginning to the end

Response by Frank Maniscalco: i'am. Not going to waste my time commenting on this Undeserved Rating. The 65 s/f. Kitchen backsplash. With the stone insert that I did. For a fraction of the cost. The vent I installed for free. And the mirror I hung in your bathroom And didn't Ask you For a dime. Funny you Only mention. The vent I didn't paint and the price of The backsplash I don't think that was fair what you did. To me I didn't. Deserve. That stab in the back. Thanks pal

Frank did a great job from start to finish. He promptly called us to set up an estimate time, came out at designated time and gave us an awesome price! He was able to do the work two days later and was again there at the appointed time. His work is top notch and you can tell he has many years experience in the business. Our tile backsplash is beautiful and we are so happy with the job Frank did. He is a friendly guy that you feel like you have known for years which is a great attribute. We will mostly definitely have Frank do work for us in the future and will most definitely recommend him to family and friends! Thanks again - Frank!!

Frank did a Great job installing our ceramic bathroom floor and wall. Frank picked me up and took me to purchase the tile he was very patient with me. He did not have to use his vehicle and burn his gas, but he did. He helped me with selecting the tile and gave me his opinion which was excellent. Our bathroom is just beautiful. Frank is very clean and tidy, usually when we hire someone to do a job I have to do so much cleaning that it is unbelievalbe!!! But not this time. Frank quoted my husband and I a price and the price stayed, he completed the work in a timely fashion. Wow, he did some small things and did not charge. What a Great guy!!

Frand did a job for me last year installing some very tricky natural stone mosaic tile in my living room. The space was very tight as it was behind my wood burning fireplace in a small Center City living room. I am very tough on contractors and I will tell you Frank's work was superb. The tile had a ton of design and each sheet had 4 different stones so it would be very easy to notice if he did not align the tiles correctly. He is highly recommended. He also helped me work with the the supplier to make sure I got exactly what I ordered. His partner was equally professional and courteous. These guys know what they are doing and do it right.

Frank was so helpful with my project. He even went to the Home Improvement store with me to help in picking out the tile pattern for my kitchen back splash. He was great at working around a few problem areas and resolved them to my satisfaction. He is very friendly and upbeat. His finished work was very well done. You can tell he has been doing tile for a lot of years. Thanks Frank for a great job.
