In a word wonderful! Out of the three choices I was emailed I chose Paul at American Drain and I could not be more pleased. I called Paul and gave him a general idea of the problem over the phone and we made arrangements to meet at my house at 6:00 pm. When I pulled up at about 5:45 pm Paul was already there and ready to go to work. Before 6:00 pm Paul had completed the job and was on his way. I will most certainly use Paul again for any of my plumbing needs as well as recommend him to family and friends. Thank you so much for the recommendations that lead me to Paul at American Drain!

these guys showed up on time, identified the problem, fixed said problem, for exactly the amount they quoted. they were very polite during the entire process. inexpensive...professional....polite...I could not have been happier.

Within 30 minutes of my call, Paul showed up and quickly addressed both master suite sinks... removing blockages and ensuring that water flow and drainage was normal. He showed me how to removed sink stoppers (to avoid future troubles) and charged me $60... a bit of a savings from what 3 Mountains Plumbing had just estimated ($295 for sink 1 and $268 for sink 2; plus $49.99 for a bio clean). When I asked 3 Mountains if there was "anything else" he could try apart from a snake... he said "this is what it requires." $60 and 15 minutes later and Paul had done the job. I wondered if I should get the second estimate... so glad I did. Tnx Paul!!!

Paul did an excellent job for us! The service was quick, high quality, and the cost was an excellent value. Do not hire another plummer until you've given him a call! Very professional job!! He involved us in all the aspects of the job and did an excellent job of explaining all the options we had. We have recommended him to all our friends!

Paul was great and on time.Job got done and he made sure toilet was working before he left.He came in under his estimate which is always a great thing.Next time I have plumbing issues he will be the one I call first.

He did the job of draining a clogged sink very well. But when he tackled another plumbing job I asked if he could do it, he was unable to resolve it after trying. The leak got worse. Instead of admitting he couldn't do it, he stopped taking my calls or responding to my messages after I had paid him. He never sent me a receipt for the second job as he promised. So I had to find another plumber. Up until that time, he was very nice. He is, simply said, just a drain man at which he is very good at.
