Project: Clean & Seal Grout or Tile

Our tile and grout were cleaned and sealed and the result is beautiful! I am so pleased, now just keeping it that way but hopefully the seal will help with that. The cleaners were courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. They moved our furniture and replaced it as best they could. Our tile and grout were very dirty...the tile has small divots or crevices that over 11 years had collected dirt that moping would not remove...this procedure worked great! Now that I know there is help at a reasonable fee, I will never let my floors look that way again. We would definitely use Cyclone again.

Cyclone did a fine job re-caulking, cleaning, and sealing shower. I was also pleased with the way they buffed and sealed granite counter tops. Very polite.

Arrived early (which was great) and did a very thorough, professional job. My only complaint is that they charged extra for 2 oversized rooms, so I ended up paying over $50 more than I was quoted on the phone. They did not mention the upcharge when I got the estimate.

Did the job. Showed up within time range. Please offer to call customer 30 minutes before arriving. Turned out I didn't need to leave work so early. Also, please fix this survey website so that it works properly in a Chrome Browser. Had to switch to Firefox to complete.

Arrived on time (actually a few minutes early)..Courteous, had a refrigerator being delivered at the same time and Cyclone even volunteered to help them as they brought fridge in. Would use again
