These guys did a fantastic job. I had picked two colors that were very close and they did everything properly. The job even including painting my block fence outside and inside.

When Nicola first came to our house, we really didn't know what we wanted. We knew that several walls and door trims needed painting. Nicola sent us a quote with 3 options. She made it so easy. We chose to have the entire house painted including the ceiling. Then we went and stayed at a hotel for 3 days while the work was being done. We came home once to check on things and the entire house was covered with plastic tarp, the appliances were pulled from the wall and the cords were covered. We were so impressed! When we came home, everything was done. The walls looked so great! They had repaired nail holes, a hole in the wall behind a door, chipped areas, and had even textured an area where we had recently had work done. We met the workers Roy and Javier, and they were so nice and professional, eager to please and make sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted it done. They even installed all of the new door stops we bought. I highly recommend DH Painting. Excellent work and a good value. Linda

Workmen arrived promptly and plastic tarped my entire house. Beautifully clean and profeaaional. Not a single drip of paint. Everything was perfect. Will be using them for exterior paontimg. I've already recommended them to friends.

Diamond House painting and Marc Richmond were a gold star company who do much more than painting. We built a brand new (from the ground up) outbuilding/garage on our property and thought we could PAINT IT OURSELVES. It is 15feet tall with 11.5foot ceilings and 930 square feet of room with a stucco outside. We borrowed a friend's paint sprayer and off we go! What a debacle! We put way too much primer on the drywall in some areas and not enough in others. When we went to apply paint, it went on chunky and with streaks. We called Diamond House Painting as we had seen their trucks in our neighborhood before. Marc was out to assess the damage we did (yes, we really messed up) in a day and had a crew out in a week. They sanded all the surfaces and re-did it all, inside and out, in a day. We picked colors and they went to get all new paint. A very professional, clean crew who paid extreme attention to detail. They even had us walk around a few times that day to make sure they were doing exactly what we asked for. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs painting, interior and exterior. The prices were extremely reasonable for the high quality they provide. We are currently scheduling them to epoxy the garage floor and know they will be stellar! Diamond House Painting ROCKS!

Whatever you do, keep looking for a painting company! These guys are comparably priced with others, but the hits just keep on coming with their dishonest business practices and poor workmanship. If you have time to read about our experience, here it is. Judge for yourself... My wife and I purchased a "fixer upper" house in Northwest Phoenix. The home desperately needed paint throughout due to some suspect color decisions by the previous owner. An acquaintance of ours recommended Diamond House, telling us they were very good and reasonably priced. (After hearing the story, he was embarrassed and blamed the poor work on subcontracting, though we now know the problem is also with owners and management.) My wife spoke with Jeff N. about painting the entire interior of our home. Jeff told my wife to use as many paint samples on the walls as we wanted, as they would just cover the spots without affecting the final paint job. While my wife was skeptical and questioned him on this, he assured her it would not cause a problem. We were crystal clear about our preference to have the walls painted with eggshell or satin sheen because we knew how problematic flat paint was for overall durability. We were also assured the two superficial cracks in the ceiling would be professionally filled and painted. Here is what we got: 1. Shiny, greasy-like spots called "flashing" all over the walls where the paint samples were originally painted. 2. Cracks in ceiling were not fixed during the initial painting. We had to call Jeff the last day of the job to address the problem. Because the house was structurally sound and we had done some research on our own about properly fixing the cracks, we knew it was bad workmanship. Cracks reappeared within a few weeks. 3. They don't even lightly sand the base boards or crown molding to prepare for paint. Even worse, they did not give a courtesy call to tell us there were a few spots that would have small nail holes and dull spots because spackle had shrunk or was not fully sanded. This meant we had to sand and repaint the base boards ourselves after we paid for a "professional" job. There are chunks of paint all over the crown molding. 4. Owner Marc visited the home and agreed the work was not done properly. He suggested we reschedule for their guaranteed warranty work. The problem: he was strangely unavailable after his visit. His office manager also gave us the runaround for two full months. 5. Painters to fix the original job were a no-show. We wasted a whole Saturday morning waiting... 5. Rescheduled painters to fix the work showed up and thought they were working on a patio--no clue what the job entailed. Clearly there was a communication breakdown with management. 6. Office manager (owner's wife?) called the first day of actual warranty work and tried to start a fight with my wife. We suspect it was to get out of warranty work altogether. She went so far as to out of left field accuse us of mistreating the crew even though we were never rude, as the crew seemed to be the only honest people associated with the company. Apparently giving the crew keys to your home, offering to buy them lunch, then staying out of the way is problematic. The only bad thing they did was dump paint in our front yard landscaping where a new shrub was set to be planted, and we kept our mouthes shut because we were so happy to finally have the original work fixed after several months. 7. During the consultation, we were told not to fill in wall nail holes because the painters would fill and sand. We were left with bumpy walls and holes that were just painted over. 8. One closet was not painted properly, so dark streaks show through the white paint. 9. After warranty work, the living room ceiling is streaky and uneven. 9. Icing on the cake was we realized a few months later that all the paint used was thinned and flat--not what we agreed during the consultation
