I would highly recommend both ladies that worked so hard to get my house in tip top shape. They were professional and efficient. They were pleasant. I can't say enough about hoe satisfied I was with the service these ladies provided me!

Maria and Sophie walked in at 8:28 am, took a quick 2 minute tour of my apartment, informed me that it would take 2 hours to clean, and began working at exactly 8:30 am. When they walked out (mopping the last of the floor in the hallway) it was exactly 10:30 am. Everything I needed done, was done. I now have clean floors, dusted furniture, vacuumed area rugs, scrubbed bathrooms and kitchen and a huge smile on my face. Thank you Louisa for sending me these two terrific individuals. I'll be looking forward to our next appointment with pleasure.

quoted me $150-200 estimate based on project, then claimed that "it took longer" and charged me $400, when in fact one worker arrived an hour late and the second worker arrived even later. One of my cabinets is still sticky.

Response by DS Cleaning & Maid Service, LLC: Most of quotes are done over the phone and are based on the information gathered from prospective clients. Clients are always advised of possible additional charge once work begins and all additional time requests must first be approved by clients. In this situation, family members must not have been in agreement.

Overall did a good job cleaning. Team showed up on time. A few spots had to be pointed out, but in general I'm satisfied. I would recommend and use them again. Only concern is I was told they did windows but the maid indicated they don't, so this was a bit disappointing in terms of expectations that had been set. The work performed was done satisfactorily.
