We are new homeowners and needed to get 3 door knobs fixed. David did an excellent job. He was extremely professional with work and patiently explained what was the issue and the cause of the issue. Response to request was prompt and efficient. Very pleasant person. Took a few days get back with response to quote. Elected no to use because quoted pricng was considerably higher that other quotes.
