Brian was great. He showed me a great product at a good price. I had four other companies bidding the work. He not only had the best price but also the best warranty. Installation went without a hitch. It's been a month now and the unit is working great. My wife who is always cold, told me she can now sit and watch TV without a blanket. I'm glad I went with Dales heating. Again thank you Brian.
