I cannot say enough great things about this company. While fixing my ductwork they found the entry point to my crawlspace that 2 reputable pest companies were unable to find! They also did a fabulous job fixing the venting from my dryer, a job that was difficult as the company who originally installed that ductwork did not do it correctly and I never had a seal from my dryer. They were professional , on time, very neat, and gave very helpful suggestions for decreasing my heating bill. I will recommend them to my friends and use them again. Thank you Dana heating for a fantastic job!

In general, the office folks were extremely pleasant and helpful to both my wife and me. It turns out they called to see if the Tech could come early - which was great. He seemed to know what he was doing and corrected the problem in an hour. Checked-over everything before he left. Only problem, not necessarily his direct fault, more a Rheem design vulnerability - when system came 'on' later house filled with a burnt stink. I found that in his work a 50 Amp curcuit breaker wire inside furnace came loose and was sparking, burned the furnace liner and plastic insulation. I powered it down, cleaned it up and carefully attached it. OK now
