Terrible work and manner

Response by D & L Sprinklers and Lawn Maintenance, LLC: THE CUSTOMER, EXCEPTIONALLY BROKEN ENGLISH AND VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND / COMUNICATE WITH, DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE ALREADY DONE; WHICH HE HAD ALREADY AGREED TO. WE REPLACED A MAXI PAW HEAD WITH A RAINBIRD 5004 HEAD (BEST IN THE MARKET) BUT, HE JUST DID NOT LIKE IT. I WAS CALLED BY MY TECH AFTER HE SPENT ABOUT 20 MINUTES WITH HIM TRYING TO EXPLAIN. COMMUNICATION WAS VERY DIFFICULT. WE DECIDED TO REMOVE OUR PART FROM THE GROUND AND RE-SET HIS BROKEN HEAD IN AGAIN.
