Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs

This company was listed as Pro Maintenance originally. Doug contacted me and agreed to job requirements. When I got home only a path from the drive to my back door was complete. However, Doug left me a voice mail saying that he had problems with the snow blower and would be out later. The next day the entire drive had been shoveled and the path to the patio door enlarged. The path was fine as I did not require them to shovel the entire patio.The next day (Saturday) the walk around my house was still not done and had to call them again. I asked them to salt and this was not done. I have hired another service and they've been just fine.
