Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning

She ruined my stainless steel stove by using a hard abrasive scrubber. It seemed that all she wanted to do is talk and slowly clean the kitchen and nothing else.

Response by Dani House Cleaning: Mr. John H. instructed me to use the requested cleaning tool for his stove. I consulted with home improvement store if this cleaning tool was ok to use on Mr. John H. stove and they confirmed Mr. John H. was correct. I followed my clients request with correct follow up by inquiring with the well known home improvement store. I have not cleaned for Mr. John H. for at least nine months. Perhaps Mr. John H. is mistaken by directing this blame to me.

Dani is professional, efficient, and highly skilled. She is very concerned about helping you do whatever is needed around your house. I had neglected my house for months because of my husband's health problems, but she whipped it back into shape! And she was cheerful and fun to work with! I highly recommend her.

She met with me at our rental home the next day and listened closely to my requests and completed them effeciently and with great care.
