They came and clean my house one time and completely missed cleaning one room. They left many dressers and shells not even dusted. I still ended up cleaning and they are hard to reach. needless to say I hired another housecleaning service

They are thorough and observant of places that need attention. They are true to their word about returning if something isn't just so. They'd used windex on our windows, which had already been cleaned professionally. The windex left some streaks. They returned the next day and wiped all the streaks away! They work until they are finished to their satisfaction and ours. We are very pleased.

I feel you really get quality type of cleaning - have had several other cleaners (2 charged me double and one even triple and was not happy with either of those 2) Daniel goes out of his way to make it right.
