Project: Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
David was hired to correct a leaky master bathroom.He took 5 days (not full days of work, about 4 hours per day some more, some less) to demo,repair and then re-tile. He had to return on four separate occasions,within two weeks of completing the job, to fix cracking grout, poor caulking and bad tile work. The leak, which was caused by bad sealing and grout in the shower, has not returned but my bathroom tile is crooked,nor neat and unprofessional looking.He did not communicate well during the repairs and only told me of issues that arose after the bathroom was already put together.He also walked off the job once. Hire at your own risk.

David did a great job installing my new storm door, and even found the door I was looking for on sale and managed to save me $100 off what I expected to pay for it. I would definitely hire him again.

Project: Repair Cabinets
A debacle; would NOT recommend. A small job to move two cabinets turned into an insurance claim due to faulty workmanship. Granite broken in half in 4 places, cabinets broken, cracked tiles. Contractor said subfloor and cabinets were rotten and wet & reason everything got busted/broken. My insurance claim adjustor inspected -everything in kitchen BONE DRY. A pro would not attempt to move a 7 ft slab of granite without the "helper" I was charged for OR move granite still attached to the cabinets, the spighot and sink.
