Harold and James have been wonderful to work with. I just give them a call when I have a list ready, they call to set up a time, they are always on time and they knock out the list pronto! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs that extra help around the house, they are professional, courteous, and get it right the first time!!!

DeChard Contracting did a great job installing our new pre-made kitchen cabinets, and tiling our kitchen floor. The project was completed right on schedule, and the final cost was where exactly in line with the initial proposal. They had awesome pricing as well.

Harold is a full-service, experienced home builder/contractor. He knows what he is doing. His project involved carpentry, surface preparations, painting and replacement of sills and other weather-exposed wood structures. I recommend him without reservation.

He did a great job, and very reasonable on price and had some good ideas also. This was a large pergola over my patio and I had already purchased the cedar for the job. Looks great.
