satisfied from start to finish. It was great meeting Jim; Vic delivered on all promises; awning came earlier than we had expected, and installer Willie and associate were competent, clean and polite. Hope to have you back for routine maintenance/cleaning. Hope this delightful awning catches on with some neighbors.

Vic called within 15 minutes of my request. Gave me a pice when he came. Called when the product was ready and came and supervised the entire job...........I am satisfied with the product.

I had a issue regarding my awning motor and I was convinced it would put me a few bucks in the hole. When I called up and spoke with Vic, he recognized the problem immediately and helped me solve it for myself. It was incredibly kind to do that and it showed a great deal of integrity. He's knowledgeable and the kind of guy who does the right thing. I highly recommend him.
