Brandon was an excellent project manager - we had a 10/x16 flagstone patio added in our backyard, even though a small job it was done quickly - from signing the contract to completion was 6 days.

Great Job and did exactly what I was wanting. Only downside was after payment owners assistant had a "what are you wanting - don't bother me" attitude. Brandon, remember when I called you to tell you about the whole that was knocked through our wall.... This is what I was referring to...

Great experience. Mark spent a lot of time on the front end of the project and made suggestions that turned out great. The project started on time and finsished ahead of schedule. The did a great job of cleaning up as well. We couldn't be happier.

Mark from "My Deck and Pato" was extremely knowledgeable about my patio project. I felt he had the best plan (and designing talent/artistry) when looking at my existing backyard. I also liked his method of showing me what my project would look like-very detailed. It took me about a month for the contractor selection process and he was always patient-never pushy. He answered all my calls at all times of the day and answered my questions in detail. His previous projects were beautiful. His mannerism is relaxed, informative, and friendly. He also gave me the lowest quote. I found other contractors to either not respond quickly or they were pushy

Project: Build a Custom Arbor, Pergola or Trellis
Mr. Cerlucci was a delight to work with. He was very prompt in his initial visit and delivered the product in the estimated time. The sub-contractors he hired did a very professional job and the results are great. We love the new pergola.

Outstanding experience through all phases of the project. Mark took the time to understand what we wanted and provided us with multiple design options, all within our budget. He provided good documentation for clearance of the project through our HOA. The work crews were professional and have done quality work, much of it hand crafted. The crews did a great job working in the midst of 40 consecutive days of rain and kept the project mostly on schedule. Far better than I expected given the weather conditions. The finished project is amazing and exceeds our expectations.

In addition to Mark, we contacted two other contractors. One didn't show up, the other one was an hour late. Mark actually arrived early, had already been out to our new home site and had plans drawn up. He spent a lot of time with us perfecting the design. He is professional, experienced, and did not pressure us at all. He will begin our deck after we close and move into our new house some time after August 16. Will let you know how it turns out.

From beginning to end I had a outstanding experience with "My Deck and Patio". I had 5 columns bricked along with having my patio extended, and a masonary flower bed placed around my lamp post in my front yard; I'm looking forward to doing business with this company again!
