They were very knowledgable, and experienced in video camera systems, but it would have been better if they would have been able to run the camera wires for the rear of the house, under my roof overhang. I have a 2-story house, and they did not have the equipment available to get up that high with the ladders they had. So, I enede up havinfg to pay additional and get 3 wireless cameras to be able to cover the rear of the house. The system that I purchase had only hard-wired type of cameras.

Tom arrived ready to work. He listened carefully to my request for placement for each of the cameras and we walked through the house and talked about entry and exit spots for drilling. The job was quick, professional and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Tom.

Apparently he's a one man company as it took extra days for him to get help from a subcontractor to install the zoom camera in back, thus delaying the installation keeping me at home for two days waiting. He also billed me for the 3% Ameridan Express charges the merchant for doing business; a first for me, but it turned me off having been a merchant during my working days. John
Response by Digital Direct: Wow, after all my extra efforts to please this customer ..yes I expected a top 5 rating. He is 100 % disabled, designed a pan tilt zoom camera for him with a wireless mouse so wouldn't have to move from his easy chair to see anywhere The Attic was so small I had to get help to pull all the wires from outside. Not one exposed wire when i finished, all hardware painted to match house, custom installation of DVR into his built in tv cabinet, told him about the amex fees before he purchased and listened to his life story and dream to write a book or screen play for over an hour. I really liked this guy, thought he felt the same too ...did my best
