I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of every member of Dilligence's work crew. They went out of their way to make scheduling convenient for me. The work was done well and the work area was kept clean at all times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with heating or cooling problems.

The people we talked with the gentlemen who did the 3-unit install at church (and the 1-unit at our house) we all polite and professional. They showed us how to program the thermostats and how to modify them until we reached our ideal daily settings. Note: there was a "Church" discount on the three installs at eh church.

I reviewed proposals from several companies in regard to repairing my heating unit. Their price and warranties were very competitive and better than other estimates I received. Mr. Dill provided a detailed proposal and made suggestions to my unit that no other company offered . Im very pleased with the whole process (promptness, attention to detail, professionalism, personal service ). I will highly recommend this company. They provided quality work and we will contact them for A/C service this spring.
