Project: Build Custom Cabinets

I called Steve after an telephone interview and met with him shortly thereafter. The granite counter-tops are wonderful and soooo thick. The cabinets are maple with a mocha burnish and beautiful. I was totally impressed with the workmanship, delivery and setup. There are so many choices and decisions to make, just be sure to write everything down because it's hard to remember all you requested and changed throughout you choices. I was probably Steve's biggest "pain in the butt".....but I am HAPPY! Thank You Steve!

Steve is the best. He was outstanding. I had a small project but he was willing to take it on and help me. I would definately call him again for any future projects and highly recommend him. I am grateful for his help and the project could not have turned out any better. Great job.

Steve from Direct Cabinets & Countertops was a blessing in disguise.Is a man who is passionate in his work to give each of his constituents the kitchen they so desire. I now have a kitchen to be proud of abd be happy to be in the kitchen,(My passion).I am happy to show and reccomend Steve as ne saw to it that people can have a dream kitchen even on a budget.They all did an excellent job and their workmanship shows in good taste.At times they had to reconfigurate with precision to make everything fall into place.I am happy direct kitchens came into my kitchen.I recommend them in a heart beat, and thanks fella's for a job well done. I

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my new kitchen. I got far better thana I expected on my budget. The work and materials are excellent. The work was done quickly and professionally. Steven is a truely ethical contractor and loves his work.

Project: Custom Cabinets - Build

Five months later, my kitchen remodel is not complete. The "custom" cabinets were not to specs. My oven does not fit in the wall oven cabinet. Daefinitely do not recommend.

Response by Direct Cabinets and Countertops: The original contract on this job was completed in 7 days. The client was overwhelmed with joy. Then the wife asked for more additional stone work and architectural detail. The husband fought with the wife after we started the additinal work, and the kitchen had been tampered with after each day's work.We finished the work, but the kitchen kept being destroyed by the husband. We came back for free 12 times. They got divirced that same month.He was then baker acted, but still blamed us for not wanting to redo the kitchen again for free. We stand behind our work.We strive to be excellent in our devotion. Please read the other reviews. Thank you

Steve work with everything on the job. I wanted to do things in a certain was to stay on price for the work. They were very conscientious every day. They have just done a very good job. The workers on the job were very friendly and did good work.
