We had a leak under a slab. The men came, quoted a price to find the leak and a price to fix the leak. I checked other prices and they were comparable. And they were the only ones available to fix the leak on a Friday so we didn't have to wait the weekend.

Came the same day, was on time, didn't charge above the phone quote, quoted $135 to unblock a kitchen sink, took about 15 minutes, accepted credit card payment by phone, removed stoppage, consulted with tenant on proper use, informed owner of details and promised to forward invoice. Compared to Ernie's Plumbing who quoted $200 for the exact same job from a former customer, & had me wait 3 days for them to come out, lost my 2nd request cuz their system crashed & flaked on the 1st appointment,I would call Direct Plumbing again in the future. No, I don't think any plumber is worth $135 for 15 min but if that's the way it is customer svc wins!

I purchased, and provided the part which was installed, the labor seemed somewhat high, still. The guys were professional and friendly. They arrived a bit late--I would definitely recommend them.
