Couldn't solve my problem. Took payment anyway.

Response by Discount Appliance Service: A service fee is due whether the appliance can be fixed or not. Unfortunatly the part was unavailable for his stove no need for poor rating as a service was provided

Although the work could not be done (better to replace the appliance than install a new motor) the serviceman was highly knowledgable, polite, and very prompt. I would use him again.
