We had a fantastic experience with Dockmasters. The owner is very professional, courteous, and was extremely flexible about modifying our deck design to suit our needs, even as the construction was progressing. We can't say strongly enough how much we valued having prompt, professional service. To top it all off, our deck is very well built and looks lovely. We've already spent many hours enjoying it, and we would highly recommend John and his crew to anyone looking for very competitively priced, professional, beautiful deck building services!

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
John has worked on two deck-related projects over the last two years. He installed cedar roofing planks a couple years ago. Today he stained the walk surface and bench seat area with stain of my choice. I would recommend him for his professional work and reasonable prices. He knows what he's doing.

I was looking to have a trampoline assembled in my daughter's back yard ....John Hight could not have been more wonderful. He called me back adn worked with me on scheduling during the very busy Christmas season and did an amazing job of assembling and erecting this huge trampoline in the SNOW and freezing cold weather. Total gentleman as well. Could not have been more pleased! He gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to his price. It took longer than he thought, but he did not change the price even with that!

I don't know why I chose Dockmasters USA, through HomeAdvisor, but I certainly am glad I did. The crew was exceptional, their work was exceptional, and their ethics were exceptional. Yes, I do mean this! When a problem came up, and it did, they just discussed it and fixed it, no complaining. Thank you John, Cory, and Jimmy for a "Thumbs Up" job. You are in my Save Column for future "to do's".
