Don was very responsive to my contact by phone and subsequently came to look over the problem with the garage door. He recommended replacing the sensors as a first step in correcting the problem. He ordered the sensors and replaced them. Now the garage door works once again.

It was a good experience working with Frank. He was very prompt and flexible in his timing and I was as to ask him to come in a little earlier at the last minute. Work was pretty professional and he honest about the feedback on what can/cannot be done as also the material quality of what is being put in. Overall I would use Frank again if needed.
