Concrete; big or small we do them all

Don Thompson Concrete, forms and pour for new concrete or remove and replace existing concrete. We use 4000 pounds per square inch concrete that can be reinforced by pouring concrete over wire mesh which is pulled up with a hook when pouring so it stays in the middle. The same can be done with rebar; which is basically metal rods in different diameters. Another type of reinforcement is fiber which looks like fiberglass strands that is mixed in with the concrete. For inside concrete such as garage floors we finish in a smooth finish. Outside finish is a broom finish so there is traction in the rain and snow. There is control joints cut in every 200 square feet to help control cracking. We use recycled concrete, compacted as our base to pour our concrete on. We also are equipped to handle any type of grading for landscaping, drainage issues, haul dirt and/or rock.

I picked Don Thompson Concrete. Don met his first-appt. time; his proposal time; beat his project start time by one day; and completed his work on schedule in two work days. He did not change his price even when he found unusually thick existing slabs during demolition. His workers all were experienced and knew what to do at each step along the way; but Don was still on the job from the beginning to the completion of rough finishing, leaving only the final trowel work to his very good workers. As an experienced architect, I would recommend Don and his people to friends and prospective customers any time! Roger Maynard

Don ensured that I was happy with the porch stain. The driveway also looks great-I have and will recommend Don for concrete work. Don has also done work for my neighbor (driveway) and we are both pleased with the outcome.

If you are looking for an honest concrete contractor who does excellent work, look no further! Don was a pleasure to do business with--he tore out my old driveway and poured about 12 cubic yards of new driveway exactly to my specifications in 2 days. Don Thompson created two large patio areas adjacent to my house in Evergreen. I chose a colored cement for both. When he estimated the job, he showed complete understanding of my wishes and added suggestions that really gave my outdoor areas a unique, earth friendly and usable space. Don is very creative and thoughtful in his implementation of concrete. The patios flow with their surroundings. The job took two days and matched his estimate. I'm very happy with the work.
