Project: Hire a Handyman
Done Right is THE BEST person I have ever worked with. His ethics, professionalism and work are outstanding. I have completely renovated my TV Room (den). I had tiling, wood floors, painting, lights, mantle and door completely switched out and upgraded. Never once did I hear that he could not do a job that I asked him to do. Other contractors would often quote a ridiculous price or time line or simply not show up.. I would usually feel ripped off, but not by Done Right. No subcontractors to worry about either. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! I will use Done Right for all my house repair/reno projects. The project came in on budget and on time!

Project: Install Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
He bid the job low and used low grade materials that look bad. We now have to have the job redone to meet the quality that fits with the rest of our home. He left exposed flaws in the trim, (dents, holes, and knots) did not sand anything (ragged edges on all keystones and board ends), sloppy joints and paint job, (paint left on the floor and wall, drips). It looks horrible and we are stuck with it until we can have someone out to take down and do it right. Very sad that this happened after using this service to find multiple other contractors that did a good job.
Response by Done Right: they did not want to pay for premium lumber job was never completed.Customer never payed for material or labor.I never recived any payment on the job
