The bid was very competitive. The contractor worked with us to find a suitable date to do the work and answered all of our questions. They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with how our kitchen floor turned out.

Wes Betts had previously & excellently installed some hardwood floors for me. This second project was entirely different, refinishing the original floor of 50+ year-old caboose. The results are wonderful: clear grain definition, 4 coats of finish. Can't find any mistrokes.--Wes took the job on the understanding that he'd have to fit me into his schedule of larger projects. He did so, and my floor was done (10 hours' work over 2 days) within 3 weeks of my first email.--Highest possible reccomendation.
