I had a very good experience. Don explained what and how he approached the job. He also informed me that if their was any problems he would come back. My chairs look great. I would recommend Don to anyone looking to have upholstery cleaned professionally with care.

Don was very knowledgeable and knows his fabrics/carpet. Customer service was at a level not found in todays world of service. After the carpet dried there were a couple spots that needed additional attention. I called Don and he was back within 2 days to HAND treat each area. Don was friendly and did not seem aggravated (at all) to come back. He also did my living room furniture and it looks like the day I bought it. I really like that he uses environmentally friendly products and his business is a multi-generational family operation.

We hired Don to clean all the carpets in our new home before we moved in. They were quite dirty from the prior move-out. Don was very friendly, responsive, and great to work with. He made the carpets look completely new and I thought he did a very high quality job. We would hire him again next time we decide to have the carpets cleaned.

Don came on time. Great price on carpet!! The carpet looks and smells wonderful. I also got the furniture done (sofa, loveseat, & chair), I feel that Don rushed to get the furniture done, there are still stains in all three pieces and I really thought they would come out. My furniture is microfiber and Don stated they were the best kind of furniture to get stains out. I would recommend Don to clean carpets, but not furniture.

Response by Don's Carpet Restoration, LLC: furniture had some pop stains with food coloring.Food coloring is a dye.Customer also tried to remove some stains with a harsh cleaner that discolored fabric dyes.Did best I could given condition of furniture.

Don couldn't be easier to deal with: prompt and polite. After cleaning carpet look good and clean with most spots removed. Don is using rotating brushes machine, but NO VACUUM to pull dirty water out of carpet. Question is: where all that dirt and water from cleaning goes?????? It's still in and under your carpet, I guess!!!! My carpet was WET for three (3) days under cleaning and when I walk on it , my white socks were "black" in 30 sec. !!!

Response by Don's Carpet Restoration, LLC: customer was too cheap to replace very old,very dirty rental carpet.Was told only possible way to save carpet was to saturate.my shampoo needs to be not extracted to allow decomposition of soils.would have to clean that carpet 3-4times due to amount of soil,dryvac after each cleaning.

Don is a great guy who does a great job. I never could have imagined that my carpets could look this good! He takes his time and pays attention to details and he does all the work himself. I would definitely recommend his service.

Don went on and on about how he works by himself and this was his father's business, etc. I did not really need him to go on about that after the first time. His organic products did a good job. The carpet looks okay. His price is a little high for the time he spent here. He started at 9:30 and was done by a little after 10:00 AM. That works out to almost $300 per hour. If I hadn't emptied bookcases and moved small pieces of furniture, Many areas of the carpet would not have been cleaned.

He was fantastic! Not only do my carpets look and smell amazing, he was kind, considerate , professional, and he arrived early. He will be my carpet professional for as long as I have carpet to clean. Rotary brush cleaning is the best way to go along with Dons secret formula.....simply amazing!
