I would recommend Double L Home Inspections to friends and family. Larry called me very promptly to make an offer for my inspection. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the home. He also gave me wonderful tips on how to save money.

They seemed to be very thorough. They did miss a couple of items, though and when I e-mailed them back and brought the issues to their attention my report was fixed/adjusted and resent to me. I have not brought these issues to the attention of my builder but I feel more confident that the house was inspected by an outside source.

I would highly recommend Double L Home Inspections. We had a delay in being able to get into the house and they were so understanding and patient. They just stood around with us while we waited and answered every question we could think of. They are super friendly and knowledgable. The report was professional and detailed and the turn around was really fast. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection.
