Carl was awesome! Very friendly, polite, on time, and didn't try to fix or sell me anything that didn't need fixed. He also was able to come over to the house the same day I called! the problem would have been fixed that same day but it was a little difficult finding the right motor to replace. Wish I could find a car mechanic with these same qualities! Would definitely call Dove again if we ever have any heating or cooling issues!

We had him help with our furnace last winter and liked him so much we had him come back out for our a/c this summer. He did the work we needed and he gave us great information and advice. On top of being professional and informative he is also just a really nice guy! Fair pricing and good work!

Made time to come on the busy holiday weekend when no one else could. Was professional and only did needed work, not trying to add extra charges. Worked well with me even though I am out of state and had work done on a rental unit.
