Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Had emergency and had quick response within 2 hours. Got clog cleared up after some tough work. Cleaned up and was gone quickly. The only hitch was the clog came back later that day - apparently same place - and we never heard back from our 4:30 pm Friday call. I got it cleared the next morning with some serious plunger work and called him to say it was ok now...but what if it wasn't? Is that "emergency service" if there is no response?

was very please with the raid response, and the customer service was great. we actually ended up increasing the scope of my service. as we were wrapping up, I asked a question, he said he'd take a look - he found the porblem and we corrected that too!

Although I am not aware of the pricing scheme for these projects it seemed to me a little pricy (cost of the project was $156.08 for changing a supply line in a toilet).

My old poly pipe started leaking again for the third time except this time it was really bad. I called Dr. Drain and requested someone come out the next day to replace my the poly pipes once and for all. Dr Drain was here the next morning and worked in 95+ degree weather and didn't stop until the job was done. I'm very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of this service. Highly recommended!
