Drain Genius crew did an excellent job despite all the problems my old house threw at them. I have an old tree in my yard with a bunch of shallow roots which caused the crew to spend an extra 3 hours battling though them. But the guys persisted and were still able to finish the job within the day and this is on a Sunday of all days.

Hyrojet seems to do a better job than a regular pipe snake rooter.

Dwight was generally prompt with communication. He explained the technicalities of our job... we were required by the city to replace our tap (connection to the main sewage line) and he helped us negotiate the process. He was organized and prompt with his work. His crew was excellent and cleaned up.

Did a great job on my sewer line at a very competitive price. Dwight knows his business and shoots straight. Communication between crew and management had a few kinks but overall they did a wonderful job. Got the fence and landscaping back together like it was before (I actually watched them do this all they were speedy and efficient..they've obviously honed this to a quality level).
