He was on time, explained to me what he was doing and why it needed to be done, went out of his way to solve the problem (it was more involved than he first thought) even though it was very hot out and the job required physical labor, he was pleasant and professional

Drain King was able to find the clog in our plumbing and repair it, however, they did not come prepared for the work that needed to be done. They had to make a trip to Home Depot to get a $2 part, and tried charging me $40 for the trip and part, and they also haven't provided a receipt for the work completed. The offer a 60 day warranty on their work, but without a receipt, I have little faith that the warranty is valid.

First, it was a tough job and they did fine clearing out the clogged pipe. However, was quoted price then charged for parts later, which were marked up at a high premium. Used my own drop cloths to protect floor, all had to be discarded after job. Had to rent carpet cleaner to get rid of spills from shopvac. Small leak persists at union, have called the one phone number provided only to get a message saying the person cannot be reached. Did provide guarantee, but what good is it if you cannot reach the office to get them back? Also, no website or email for additional ability to contact the company.

Great sales pitch and nice workers, but on day of work, you find all sorts of undisclosed fees associated with the extra little "free of charge" services the professional pitch at you to get to sign the contract. Guaranteed to cost you more by the time the work is finished in time, quality and money because it did me! The job took 3x longer than they told me it would to finish and cost me more for 50% more for the job.
