This rating applies specifically to the team leader who managed the service and does not reflect on the work that the workers performed. The latter conducted themselves in an excellent manner and did the best they could with what they were given by the lead person. Regarding the team leader, I was extremely disappointed in the representation made by him which I would characterize as blatantly misleading at best.

Exceptional work by observing them in action....the only problem found that they let some of their work material behind and had to make a special trip to remove and/or retrive their materials behind on my property.....Just needs better supervision from all concern....

I orignally submitted a very negative review. The team sent over did a very sloppy job and overcharged. After complaining to the home office, they were very apologetic and indicated that the team was no longer with them. They offered a partial refund and had someone come over to check over the work done to make sure it was up their standards, which apparently it was. Hope that in the future Dram Team checks out the credentials of their teams and has references in hand. The team sent out originally was slioppy and dishonest.

Extremely sloppy work. When job was done, floor was covered with soot. They eventually cleaned up, using my supplies (they did not bring any cleaning supplies) and after they left I found soot all over the place. I expected more from a Service magic provider nad will file a formal complaint with Service magi. They also repaired some chimney flashing and i am sure that I grossly overpaid. Keep away ....

Good work at fair price. Care taken to make sure dirt did not spoil furnishings. Timely phone calls made inform of late arrivals.
