I chose to work in this industry because My dad worked for a heating contractor all of his life so I really did 'grow up with it'..

I love working in pretty much all over because helping people is what I do..

We started in this industry in 1968.

There isn't a job that goes by that I DON'T install myself with my help. I love the one on one connection with my customers and continued 'hands on'.

Top drawer work. We had a little problem connecting on the date that the service was to be performed, but it all worked out. I'd hire them again without looking elsewhere.

I hired Dronens heating and air conditioning to fill the freon in my central air unit. When they arrived they said that the problem was my motor in the furnace. I told them that in the 2 years I have lived here the furnace never kicked on for the central air, only for the heating and that the central air would always blow cold. He insisted he was right, so I allowed him to order the new motor. I just wanted my house to not be 100+ degrees everyday as I have a 6 year old living here. They came back and replaced the motor about a week later. After they left and the problem was not fixed he told me he would need to charge me again to come out.

Response by Dronen's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.: I just read this comment and I must say in my defense that the information above is not correct. Upon arrival the initial problem was a bad furnace blower motor. That is why there was no a/c. I could not check the a/c system without air movement so we ordered a motor, came back and installed it. I then checked the freon and added enough to fill. When we left the system was running as it should and cooling. She called me back on another day and told me the house was not cooling. I said I would come out to check the system and if there was a different problem other than what I fixed I would then have to charge her otherwise there is no charge.

Brad and Steve were very pleasant to work with. They came out the following day with my service call, and fixed it within a couple of hours. The service was great, and there price was very reasonable. I will use these guys again for any issues I have down the road.

Fast respnnse. Excellent diagnosis of the problem and fixed the problem right away. He could have duped me into a more expensive repair, but he did not. Honest and reliable.
