The technician arrived on time and was very thorough with the cleaning of our dryer vent. My only complaint was that he did not put any protective covering over brand new our washer and dryer when he set heavy equipment on top of them. Fortunately no scratches however if you hire Dryer Vent Solutions you may want to provide some covering for them.

they were on time & immediately identified that my problem was just a clogged screen on my exhaust vent. Only charged me a trip charge as the ducting did not need to be cleaned.
