had some scheduling problems. it took 2 weeks to get the vents cleaned from the time that i called. the first visit, the tech didn't have a latter long enough to reach the vent. when initially scheduling the work, i told the tech the vent was almost at the roof line of the second story. it took another week to have a second visit. this was a bit frustrating. after that everything went quite well. clean professional service. very nice guys.

I was already called and gave a rating...but here it is again. They are great. I will be using them again. I would recommend them to anyone. I have already recommended them to a friend. They came on time, they put on shoe covers when they entered my home, they explained everything to me, they fixed a disconnected vent pipe as well as cleaned the clogged venting. Excellent service. If I could rate them 10 stars I could.
