Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

They showed up late, worked until dark, did not complete the job when promised, and the foreman on the job (Thomas) was rude. They asked me to order their lunch for them, they left the yard a mess, and did not complete the project. I had to call their office to get the crew back to the site to finish the work, and the office manager (Terry) argued with me over what they would and would not do to finish the job. They damaged a corner post of the siding and Terry said that siding was not in the contract. These guys gave me a great price, but the level of professionalism by the field crew and the office manager were severly poor.

Response by Drytech Roofing, LLC: It saddens me as a manager to read this review. Unfortunately we can't win all of the time. Response: Our customer was given a courtesy call prior to our scheduled arrival time to inform him that our crew would be behind schedule. The damaged corner post was clearly damaged prior to our arrival and documented in before photos at time of estimate. The minimal siding was not part of the written work order signed by the customer BUT we completed at no charge to gain customer satisfaction. Not being there, I cannot remark on the messy job site, rudeness, and lunch issues-however prior reviews speak volumes to assess what is more likely.

The roof project was done very quickly and in the time promised. The clean up was a little let down. I was cleaning up old shingles and glue papers from the back of the shingles for couple weeks. One of the workers left a hammer on the site. Overall, the job was great just a better clean up would have been better.

great job, the roof looks great. Highest of all estimates, but the salesman was the most thorough and only one who brought up lower venting of the roof for adequate air flow. Workers showed up at 7:30 and worked till 6. Good cleanup afterwards and as stated, the roof looks great.
