Very knowledgeable and professional. Completed the work in about 3 hours. They showed me how much gunk they pulled out of my ductwork and vents--very amazing. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Work crew seemed rushed.Not convinced the ducts were cleaned well. Not totally sold on these guys. Luckily this service does not have to be done often.

They did an okay job. But, I was disappointed with their lack of professionalism. They left my house a mess, didn't wear booties as they enterd my house, and did not vacuum after they were done like they said they would.

Our ducts are very old and smaller than the newer ducts used now. Nobody else would attempt to clean them. But Ductz had the equipment to clean them and did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up around the grates everywhere in the house. We are very pleased with their service.

Project: Clean Dryer Vent

Ductz Dryer Vent Cleaning Company did NOT clearly define their contract causing financial dissatisfaction with our Association. We signed a contract to have 23 vents cleaned for a certain price but they added the cost for additional vent hoses costing us an additional $250.00 and that was only for 13 Units. If they had used new hoses on the last 10 it would have been an additional $250.00 totaling $500.00 which was NEVER mentioned in the contract. Our evaluation is they should have mentioned, in the contract, the POSSIBILITY of an additional expense for the hoses.

I pre checked some vents before they came and they looked a lot better after they were cleaned. Not really sure if they went upstairs in my house, but overall very good job..
