Fixed a leak in my bathroom sink. Required two trips. The first visit was shortly around 1 pm on a Friday and he was done in approximately a half hour. Had difficulty contacting after first trip to inform him that the sink was still leaking. I suspect he didn't want to come for the second visit on the weekend so I didn't get a response until my third contact attempt. Received a text that he would come first thing Monday. Ended up replacing the faucet and much of the pipes under the sink. Cost over $500 plus parts. I'm not a happy camper.
Response by The Plumbing Artisans, Inc.: There were 2 issues. Fixed drain tested all was good. Received 1 call responded went back immediately found the faucet had also failed. The previouswork was done by a non licensed person who did a very poor job and used sub standard parts. They just happenned to fail one after another. Work was performed timely, neatly and professionaly. Please don't hire unlicensed people you will end up with issue somewhee down the road.
