Had to reschedule 3 times Finally arrived next day than the scheduled one. After they told me they were finished we did a walk through and the bathroom floors had not been cleaned, the base boards were not done either through out the house. I have marble floors and asked them to ensure that once they mopped the floor to not leave water marks...they left water marks, no shine. Overall I would say they were in a hurry and did half the job they were paid in full to do. I would not recommend them

I have used this service for about 8 years and found them to be thorough, willing to do anything and everything asked of them. they arrive within the given window of time, smile, and go about their job in a professional manner. i would recommend them totally.

They are great. Showed up on time, cleaned great and c oming back every week on a regualr basis. Very happy with service. It'll take a few weeks for them to get to know my house and what I like but I'm sure it will be fine.

Never dusted top of refrigerator, fans or electronic equipment. Faucets and tubs were all streaked. Still felt grit in the carpet while would around barefoot. I have a small 1 bed, 1 bath apartment so there is no reason for shoddy work.

My apartment was very much in need of a good cleaning. The team at Dyan came in and were extremely professional, on time, and cleaned my place from top to bottom. I could not be any happier with their service!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The service was awful. I paid them to fold & hang laundry, clean 1 bathroom & the kitchen. 2 baskets of laundery were not folded but rather had a few folded items placed on top of the load to appear folded, items hung were done in a very sloppy manner, (i.e.,backward, inside out, or completely wrong). One of the ladies broke the zipper on one of my dresses and said nothing. In the kitchen, the microwave wasn't wiped off, the fridge was only half cleaned (as I was informed A DAY LATER that they don't clean freezers), the stove wasn't touched, & the dishes we not cleaned properly. The bathroom was worse-tub, floor,
