He came and was very professional and gave honest opinion on the work. He did not charge for coming out. Seemed very knowlegable about the issue of repair.

Contractor Dave at Dynamic was pleasant and on time. I hired him because Comcast said they had fixed the problem, and they had not (no charge). Dave charged $80 and was there less than 15 minutes. I had arrived late to the service call and so tipped him $20, thus spending $100. He plugged in one plug, tested some wires and said I needed a new modem and that he had fixed the problem. He did not fix it at all and I do not need a new modem, as a subsequent Comcast visit (no charge) confirmed. I am now hiring a new contractor. Have not received a refund from Dynamic, although he said he would refund the money.

Response by Dynamic Communications: Customer was not at home. Had to return. She disconnected all her comcast modem, which I reconnected to get her phone lines to work. I offered her a discount but she insisted on paying $100.00 "for making me wait and come back".Bottom line is I bent over backwards to please this customer. Money means the world to her, so that is why refunded her money.

Dynamic Communications came out and took care of my problem at my house. The Rep. was very professional and friendly. Took care of my problem ASAP. A little spendy but did take care of my problem. I would recommend them to anyone and if ever needed again I would be more than happy to ask for their help again !!!

Dynamic Communications is a father and son team. They wired our house for cable television. They were willing to work on a schedule that was convenient for us, were reasonably priced, were neat and used quality materials. They even fixed the mess that the cable company left at no additional cost. Would highly recommend this company.
