Project: Install Telephone Jacks or Wiring
Generally good service; they cross-wired the phone jacks, though, so that took a little while to figure out. Everything works fine, though, and they got the job done quickly. Thanks, Scott!

Project: Install Electrical for a Home Addition or Remodel
Upgraded service to 200amp, replaced meter socket, upgraded panel, rewired kitchen circuits. Scott and his helper completed the job in a timely fashion. during the estimating process he didn't show/call initially and then rescheduling he was late again w/o a call. After he completed the job there were two items that needed addressed and that had to be rescheduled several times, causing me some inconveniences. Good work, not great on 'customer service'. Would still recommend anyway...it's the quality that matters here.

Very impressed with Scott from EEP. He returned my call immediately & was able to come out the same day to provide an estimate (which was comparable to others I had received). He was able to work me into his schedule for the next business day, while the other companies weren't able to. Additionally, Scott went above & beyond. While installing the second two story chandelier, he realized that the box did not have all the parts. He not only spoke to the people at Home Depot about the missing parts, he also drove over there & obtained the parts to complete the project. He did all of this without being asked & without increased cost!

Scott responded to my request for a quote immediately and was at my house the next day to evaluate the projects. We scheduled the installation within a few days. He's very good to work with. Knowledgable and practical about how to install lighting. He understands budgets and helping to fit the project within one. The installation was clean and fast. I'm pleased with his work and working with him and would do so again.
