Have worked with all town and county inspectors as well with local utilities Duke, Sci REMC, Parke county REMC Hendricks Power and AES (IP&L). We do small and large jobs from rewires to old homes and new homes as well. Business and farm wiring including three pahse work. We install generators and make your home safe and comfortable. From repair to install we do it all. Certified electrician with thirty years experience and code knowledgeable. If your home has flickering lights, receptacles that do not work, if you blow fuses or breakers or need to add new circuits,lighting or any major electrical appliance then you need an electrican. E R I Electric was Great !! They gave me a good price and was there when they said they would be. They took care of setting up the Duke Energy people coming to turning the off and on power. And I was not without power for very long they worked quickly even on a every hot day. They cleaned everything up nice. And even when I needed to let my dogs out made sure they closed the gate so my dogs where safe. Project: Install a Generator
Working with ERI Electric was one of the very best experiences in hiring a contractor which we have had. Pat Mahoney, the electrician from ERI Electric, was very thorough and knowledgeable about the work needed to be done. Pat assisted us with the entire process from beginning to end, in addition to clearly explaining the work to be done and making sure we knew how to operate our home generator system once he was completed with his work. It's great to have such a good contractor willing to go through the processes clearly and accurately, in addition to being extremely courteous, professional, and well organized. A definite rehire for us!

I met Pat from ERI over the phone threw service magic and he did a great job and had my electric going in no time.. Very reasonable and did every thing he said he would do.. I highly recommend him..

Very personable....took time to do things right, dealt with bad wiring well and explained what they were doing. Very fair price for time spent. Always returned phone calls!!! (that's a big plus for me-hate to be ignored)

Called and said he would be about an hour late. He actually arrived 2.5 hours late. Was given exact directions three times and still had problems finding the house. I felt like I was overcharged for the job;also.
Response by E R I Electric, Inc.: "Overcharged" trip charge is 79.95 alone for first 1/2 hour 35.00 an hour after that.I was late and yes I did get turned around this was a campground not a residential area. I cover over 400 square miles of area and I guess I should do like most other companies either say am or pm. With a GFI weather proof plug and box installed in a 40 year old trailer with aluminum wiring I think the price was fair. He was quoted over the phone between 100.00 and 140.00 dollars. The price was 120.00 so was within what I quoted and did not expect aluminum wire which takes a little longer and special inhibitors as well.
