Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof

Alex Suarez was very professional and helpful with every aspect of the project. He was also instrumental in negotiating with my insurance company for a storm damage claim for my roof. I am a structural engineer and am very picky about details. Alex and his crew went to great lengths to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction. Blown-in insulation was also installed as part of the project, and this also went very well. Clean up both during the work and after completion was handled very well. I would certainly recommend this firm.

Without doing this all of the time it is hard to know the value, but the overall experience was good. Had a very minor concern that was corrected very quickly. Lots of rain since the repair and so far everything is dry.

The crew showed up on time, cleaned up every day, and produced an excellent end product. The high definition shingled roof looks great. Alex even agreed to install an additional sheet of Hardi-Plank siding for only the cost of the materials. This was not part of the initial contract. The job took an extra day because of the weather but everything worked out in the end. I would definitely recommend and hire these guys again.
